What Scouted Club is

Scouted Club is a discovery site. We and our Scouts post links to hats, jerseys, jackets and other gear sold by other stores and sellers. We don't sell, ship or hold any of the items shown.

Purchases happen on other sites

When you click a find, you leave Scouted Club. Your purchase is between you and that seller, on their terms. Prices, availability, condition, authenticity, shipping and returns are the seller's responsibility. Listings can change or sell out at any time, and we can't guarantee the information shown here is current.

Affiliate links

Many links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Scouted Club may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We may share part of that commission with the Scout who posted the find.

Scouts and posted content

Scouts must be at least 18 and agree to a separate Scout agreement. Anyone posting content must have the right to share it, must describe items accurately, and must not post counterfeit goods, spam or misleading claims. By posting, you allow Scouted Club to display, edit and promote your posts on the site and our social channels. We may remove any content or account at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, automated clicking, fraud, attempts to interfere with tracking or security, or using the site to break any law.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, Scouted Club isn't liable for purchases you make from other sellers or for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
